It was clear when it left the room. Three layers down, people are executing against a different version. By the time you find out, the damage is done.
People nod, go quiet, and process it later. What they don't say in the room is exactly what you need to know before the work begins.
You sent the email, ran the all-hands, answered the questions. But there's no way to know if it actually stuck — until you see it in the missed targets.
We ran it with 50 people - everyone got heard, not just the loudest voices. And instead of days sorting sticky notes, we had results we could act on immediately.

Pick a scenario, invite your team, get the Canvas.
Most teams get their first insights within minutes. You pick a scenario, AI generates the questions, your team responds on their own time, and the analysis is generated automatically as responses come in.
Yes. Responses are fully anonymous by design. Neither you nor anyone in your organization can trace an answer back to an individual. This is what makes people share what they actually think.
The analysis uses two methods: bottom-up clustering discovers themes from your data, while top-down classification checks against topics grounded in organizational research. Every insight on the Canvas is traceable back to the original quotes, so you can always verify what the analysis is based on.
Surveys give you scores. Collective Discovery gives you understanding. Instead of rating scales, your team answers open-ended questions. AI clusters the responses into themes so you see what people actually said - not just a number.
Collective Discovery works well with groups from 5 to 10,000. The AI analysis scales automatically — you get meaningful patterns whether you have a small leadership team or a large organisation.
You get one full round of Collective Discovery with your team – pick a scenario, send it to your team, get the AI analysis and visual Canvas. One full session, no commitment.
Yes. Your team can respond in different languages within the same session. The analysis handles multilingual input and produces a unified result - so international teams can participate in the language they think in.
Collective Discovery works best with groups of 10 or more. With smaller teams, responses can become identifiable — especially if quotes are very specific. If your team is under 10 people, we recommend being upfront with participants that responses may be recognizable, and using the Canvas as a conversation starter rather than treating it as fully anonymous analysis.
You can use Copilot for a quick one-off. But insights get buried in a chat thread, and you still need to handle consistency, repeatability, data collection, and sharing results - every single time. Collective Discovery does all of that automatically, so you get comparable results you can track and share.
